Biochemical Functions:
- Peroxide of vanadate activated insulin receptors in animal
studies
- May be required for glucose, cholesterol and bone
metabolism
- May effect the thyroid
- May effect the dentin of teeth, since it is concentrated
there
- Suppresses cholesterol synthesis in young humans' livers
