Contraindications:
- Pregnancy - due to the abortifacient effect in rat studies
Drug/Nutrient Interaction:
- Diabetic individuals must monitor insulin - due to the hypoglycemic effect
- May interact with chlorpropamide and cause an additive hypoglycemia effect
