- Eliminate foods that cause an allergic response or to which
there is a sensitivity (fast, use an elimination diet, or allergy
test to isolate such foods)
- Increase vegetables, especially the green leafy ones
- Increase fruit, especially the blue-black berries
- Decrease fat and animal products (decrease protein consumption
to 1 gm. per 3.8 lbs.)
- Decrease refined carbohydrate intake
- Absolutely no carbonated beverages
- Increase pH of blood by eating alkaline foods
